Appointments


If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by telephone at  (718) 961-7800.   Same day appointments are available.


Financial

We participate in most insurance plans.  Please call our office to confirm participation in your plan.  If you require a referral to see a Podiatrist please make sure one has been sent to our office prior to your visit.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.  All copayments and deductibles are payable at the time of your visit.


Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
